As GHP IATA member, all our agreements are prepared according to the main agreement AHM 810 (SGHA), in conformity with the version agreed between Carrier and “Stars Airlines Services” .

For more transparency, all third party invoices communicated to our customers are original ones (Ground Handling charges/ Airport fees/ Fuel supplier/ Catering and Hotels invoices).

TRACE Registered

Setting up a serious procedure to face both corruption and spoliation, we are TRACE Registered (TRAC) to demonstrate our commitment to transparency and supply chain integrity as a pre-vetted supplier.

TRAC acts as an entry level due diligence review of potential third parties or as a vetting tool for low risk suppliers, denied parties matches, and other compliance related information.
