We supervise flights handled by the local handler in all Tunisian Airports in order to ensure not only quality of service but also to avoid all kinds of delays and mishandling, with the main safeguarding the interests of the customer (control excess bag taxation, avoid delays, endeavour to meet passengers satisfaction ……..)

CHECK-IN & BOARDING

Present during all the time of the check-in & the boarding flight, STARS Airlines Services ensures the proper treatment of all its passengers like the role played by the station manager on behalf of the airline.

We make every effort to provide all our passengers with the best services in accordance with local and international standards.

RAMP SUPERVISION

During the stopover, we are physicaly present during all the time ramp treatement to supervise all the handling activity, cabin cleaning, baggage treatment, loadsheet and trimsheet conformity...

We supervise and collect all data necessary to handover a complete report to the airline to optimise the performance or in case of irregularity

FUEL SUPERVISION

STARS Airlines Services has setup a specific refueling supervision service available to its customers who wish to supervise the refueling of their aircraft.

Specific training followed by all of our staff ensures efficiency and guarantees optimal treatment in accordance with international standards.
